Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Updates will not be provided until the processing period has been completed.For all Pre-Order items please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
Once your order has finished processing, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that Alyne Hair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has been dispatched.

Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, modifications, or changes after submission. Please review all order details carefully, including texture, length, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with the color or texture of your extensions, we offer a one-time exchange or store credit request within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
Exchange Process: Eligible customers may request a prepaid return label. Once the item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued or an exchange processed based on current inventory availability.
Please note: Only one exchange is permitted per order. If the exchanged item does not meet expectations, any additional exchange requests or shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
