Processing and Shipping

PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

At Alyne Hair, we are committed to getting your orders to you as soon as possible. Our in stock processing time is 2-7 business days, while pre-order is 5-10 business days and orders are processed Monday through Friday. 

Updates will not be sent until this processing period is complete. 

You will receive your tracking number via email once this processing period is complete.

Once your order has been processed, Standard delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days after processing.

Please note that Alyne Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has been shipped. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email for your convenience.

Shipping Updates and Customer Service

  • Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
  • Contact Information: For questions related to an order, please email us at support@alynehair.com. For general hair care questions, DM us on our social media platform @alynehairofficial

Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned Packages

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to insufficient address information, it will be restocked, and store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card will be issued minus the initial shipping charge and a $35 restock fee.
  • Address Corrections: Ensure your address is correct at checkout. Address changes must be made within 12 hours of purchase. A $5 reassessment fee applies for changes requested after this period.
  • Responsibility: Alyne Hair is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once in the hands of the carrier, contact your local post office for any issues.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we're actively working behind the scenes to make this option available soon. Stay tuned!.
